| In an effort to keep all our customers satisfied we have developed what we call our "No-Nonsense, Upfront & Honest, 100% Satisfaction Policy". This includes a comprehensive Terms of Sale Policy.
We sincerely want you to be happy with your investment! So here is all the "Fine Print".
Our Policies & Guidelines:
- Buyers Remorse:
We do not have an "all sales are final" policy. We understand that sometimes certain products will not always meet the needs of our customers. So, if you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund minus the shipping costs in both directions. All returned items must be in original packaging, undamaged, and in resale condition. An RMA # is required for all returns.

- Damaged or Defective Merchandise:
Any item which arrives damaged or defective will be replaced at no cost to the customer. If replacement parts are needed, they will be shipped at no cost to the customer. Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately and MUST NOT be used in their damaged, defective or incomplete condition. This will void the warranty and forbid return. Should the customer waive their right to a replacement, and decide to refuse or return the item, they will be subject to the "Refused Items" policy below.
- Used Items:
Used items may not be returned. We are not a "try and buy" store.
- Refused Items:
Yes, believe it or not there are people that will order items and then refuse delivery for them! Refused items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs in both directions.
- Incorrect Addresses:
Shipments that are returned due to an incorrect address will be charged shipping costs in both directions. Incorrect addresses that can be changed en route may incur a service charge from the shipping carrier.
